  • Gain actionable insights and transformative leadership strategies through peer exchange and coaching from KnowledgeWorks’ systems change experts and experienced personalized, competency-based learning practitioners

  • Tackle complex leadership challenges through scenario-based application

  • Build a dynamic network to sustain and amplify leadership growth and development

Cohort 1: Jun. 2025 through May 2026 (in-person meeting Sep. 2025)

Cohort 2: Jan. 2026 through Dec. 2026 (in-person meeting Mar. 2026)
