The Lead for Learners network is facilitated by KnowledgeWorks in partnership with district administrators, principals, teachers, instructional coaches and other instructional leaders who are advancing systems change in classrooms, schools and school districts across the U.S.

Help grow the national movement and shape the leadership development supports educators need to ensure sustainable, student-centered systems change. 

Become a Steering Committee Member

Now recruiting five to six student-centered leaders to join the Lead for Learners Network Steering Committee. Applications are due July 10, 2024.

  • Collaborate to define and advance network priorities
  • Join monthly virtual meetings and four in-person convenings
  • Get leadership development support, a $2000 stipend and paid travel for convenings and site visits
  • Share learning and build community with other personalized, competency-based learning leaders from across the U.S.

Join a Working Group

Now recruiting 30-40 educators to join our Leadership Development and Learning and Advocacy working groups. Applications are due July 31, 2024.

  • Join quarterly virtual meetings and collaborate online with the Lead for Learners Network Steering Committee
  • Advise and collaborate on resource development, professional learning strategies and national advocacy initiatives
  • Connect and learn with learner-centered educators from across the U.S.
